Camilla Svendsen Skriung (1971-) lives in Oslo. She is an environmental activist and journalist and involved in a series of grassroots initiatives and left wing foundations. Camilla is one of the editors of the New Compass web-journal.

Camilla has background from the environmental NGO Nature and Youth (Friends of the Earth, youth dep, Norway). She currently works for the environmental foundation ZERO (Zero Emission Resource Organisation) as an international advisor on energy- and climate issues.
The years between these two enviromental occupations, Camilla has been working in different medias and in various roles. She has been a journalist and reporter, producer and administrator, both in radio and newspapers. She has also been an active feminist beeing part of the womens radio radiOrakel, the previously magazine Missbehave and the journal Fett.
