Tiago Matos (1984-) was born in Portugal, but has lived most of his life in Norway. He is part of a group of political activists working out of HUMLA, where his main focus has been on urban politics and public space.
 
Currently Tiago is involved in Planka Oslo, a group working for free public transport in a three part context: environmental, city planning (public space), and counter privatization.

Tiago holds an M.A. in history from the University of Oslo. His thesis was written on the Portuguese neighborhood movement during the 1974 revolution.
